Petra Turpentine Substitute is a product from a Mexican company who’s been in the market for several years. This product is meant to compete with other oil painting thinners such as ‘Martin & F. Weber Turpenoid’ and ‘Gamblin Gamsol Oil’, to name a few. For this brand I wanted to convey a sense of classic longevity and at the same time for it to stand out in the market from other products alike. Since this product targets a mature audience, I decided to reflect this throughout this brand and its design elements.
